Kenny from ACS completeted my A/C system semi-annual maintenance, he cleaned and checked the unit outside and inside the garage making sure all components were working correctly as per techical specs for the equipment. He was very thorough and provided feedback and recommendations for keeping the system in good shape, he was very polite and professional.
Adam was a solid representative of ACS. He identified an issue and shared that previous technicians should have addressed.
Appreciate his honest and integrity in understanding the remedies needed to protect us for the summer.
I called ACS at 10.20 am on a Sunday after my AC went out overnight. They were here by 11 am, replaced the capacitor by 12 noon and I got my AC back working. Paul and Josue saved the day, thanks guys!
