I had a great experience. From the sales person (Bill Wyman) to the installing team,(Leo Padrón and his crew) everything was excellent. Very organized and professional. Highly recommend BNT and the train! Thank you again to Bill, Leo, and the team for making this a smooth and seamless process!

Great company to deal with. There are a lot of moving parts in this process, and BNT are obviously experts. From a no pressure, informative sales presentation, to precise measuring, through installation and dealing with HOA's and permitting issues... they were flawless. I'm not even addressing the quality and beauty of their doors and windows, because I'm sure other companies use just as high quality products. It is their system and team that sets them apart. My house was built in 2013. It has a double front door, one side being bolted stationary until it has to be opened and the other side being a regular door. Recently, I had a problem with the side that is bolted shut. The bolt had become disengaged from the lever that releases it. I remain friendly with my builder so I asked them to help. They couldn't, but I was told that the doors were more than likely installed by BNT Impact Windows and Doors, so my next call was to BNT.
