“First time here. I came across this salon by searching Google. I then looked on Yelp because of course when it comes to your nails you have to do your research. Although all the comments weren’t positive the positive outweighed the negative comments. I gave them a call that morning to see if they took walk-ins or appointments. Paul who I spoke to on the phone said they take walk-ins but he suggested to make an appointment. I was able to make a same day appointment which I did that morning and I was there by that afternoon.
I walked in and was greeted by Paul who was just as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. He directed me to wash my hands and then come back to the front to pick a color.
Walking in the salon first impressions was it was very clean and well put together. You can see and sense the professionalism. The decor was light but nice. There was a beautiful chandelier in the ceiling. A few tvs around the salon.
The tech who was working on my nails, Angie, met me in the front. Sweet lady. Very nice. Helped me pick a color. Paul escorted me to the chair and offered me water.
Angie took her time. I never felt like she was rushing. She worked on my regular pedicure first and then she got started on my gel manicure.
I had a great experience and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend making an appointment because they do get busy. I’ve been looking for a new salon since moving from Miami and I believe I’ve found a new home. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends.“

“Tammy was so kind, professional, and patient. She helped me make an informed decision about the type of nail service I wanted done. I got structured (hard) gel with a French tip on my natural nail. She utilizes a different approach than other nail techs, which she explained before starting the service. However, my nails still came out looking how I envisioned. She educated me on nail techniques and proper nail care. The conversation we shared was enlightening and enjoyable.

The other nail techs were also pleasant to be around, light hearted, and had a good sense of humor. The overall atmosphere of this place was pleasant. It left a good first impression on me, and I recommend anyone looking for good market value prices and over 20 years of skill to make an appointment with Tammy.“

“another salon down the street (cupcake nails) dropped the ball on showing up on time for my appointment but luckily, crystal nails was able to help me out and take me in on short notice. the gentleman that did my pedicure was gentle, thorough and very kind. will definitely come back“

“Decided to get my feet done today , the original place I was going to try was by appointment and the pedicure person had already left for the day (Sunday at 2:30pm) so I decided to try out Lee Nails and glad I didn’t let the negative reviews steer me away. Once I arrived, I was greeted promptly. It wasn’t too busy so my wait for pedicure wasn’t too long at all. Sheila took her time and was very gentle. Salon was very clean and welcoming . Prices were also very reasonable, cheaper than most places in the area so those complaining about the prices are clearly cheap as heck and want services done basically for free lol.. anywho, definitely will be coming back to Lee’s . Don’t allow the negative reviews to steer you from any place, try them out for yourselves and form your own opinions.“
