During my manicure, I didn’t like the way it turned out. I mentioned it to Lynn, and she was determined to ensure I was happy. She offered to remove the polish and redo it for me. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with their services, unlike other places. If I wasn’t going out of town this weekend, I probably wouldn’t have mentioned it, but the fact that they didn’t make a big deal out of it really stood out.
