Just take the recent reviews for face value - Shawn is nice, fast-talking, eager to take your money - and constantly in trouble with the law for ripping people off. Dealt with him in March, realized something was up when he quoted $300+ just for a part that ranges from $45-$90. Said he needed cash up front, but we should be ‘glad it wasn’t the whole mechanism because that would have been over $1000’.
We did our research before giving him the cash and saw he had been arrested for scamming just a week prior. Ended up buying the part on our own, brand new, for $45. I’m also pretty sure he intentionally ground down the gears inside the landing leg - just laid on the button know it was jammed up - so we would have to replace that, too. Smiled the whole time, nice as could be, knowing he was trying to rip us off. Since then we continue to see him come up on Leon County Sheriffs arrest reports for various issues - was featured last week as #WantedWednesday with an active arrest warrant.

This man took thousands of dollars from us for repairs that have yet to be completed. He has had our camper for months and every time we talk to him it is a different excuse. Unfortunately for us, he took posession of our camper for repairs before another customer on here posted about him being arrested. We are contacting the Sheriff's department in the morning to file our report and add to the charges. DO NOT CONTACT THIS SCAM ARTIST!

Do not use this man / company he has stolen $18,000 of our hard earned money on parts that he can't give up any proof of parts or receipts. Shawn always has some sort of excuse for not coming to install parts he says he ordered. This man is liar and a thief. I repeat one more time ( do not use this company )

Don't use them!!! I feel pretty silly for trusting Shawn (I paid for AC). He supposedly ordered me an AC. Three appointments later, hours of wasted time and some of the most incredibly fabricated excuses I have ever heard. If Shawn tries to rebuttal this review, I have all the crazy fabricated excuses and receipts. I did go by his place of business to see were my paid for AC was.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON - CHARLES SHAWN ALLEN. He will fix your simple RV A/C problems, all is great & then mentions parts he can order to replace whatever else that may be a potential problem (i.e. new A/C unit, or new awning, etc.). He will request a deposit to "order parts", the check will be cashed at pawn shop, and then you will be led on for a few days. You will not get your money back, FYI. The value of this man's integrity is all over the internet.

I have to agree with most of these bad reviews took monies did not do the work operating in state of Florida without a business license oh yeah my friend me and my attorney has done our homework and come Monday June 3rd when leon county sheriff's office contacts you you'll understand why you don't steal a man's hard earned money at thus point it's not about the money I have plenty it's about shutting down people and business like this and make you understand that's not how you run a honest business. Third degree grand theft This can include stealing property valued between $750 and $20,000 . A third-degree felony can result in up to 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine. This not a threat sir this is an absolute promise I will make an example out of you for not doing the work or returning my phone calls after taking my money so not only will you be subjected to fines and charges and giving me my money my attorney will ask the courts for you to be responsible for all court costs and attorney fees as well so you figure out what is gonna be best for you cause between me filing charges and then the state of Florida being notified operating without a license is not looking good on your side. Have a blessed day and see you in court. Disclaimer he is innocent until proving guilty and I will put the outcome on every social media site Google, Yelp or anywhere I can.
