Rytech sent out their technician and he was very professional and informative. James Morgan was very respectful and polite during the water mitigation process. James did not rush the process and answered any questions my wife and I had during the process. He is very detail oriented and has excellent customer service skills.

Had a pipe burst in attic, they responded quickly, moved furniture, removed wet drywall, dried out walls, floors, and ceiling, and cleaned up after. Very satisfied.

I had a water leak in the wall of my house. I filed a claim through my insurance and was contacted by Veronica. I had Jake come out for my water extraction. He was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with great insights about what to do with my current situation. He took his time and was very thorough as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

When I initially called I was super excited about this company. The fellow first confirmed they serve my location and told me someone would reach out to me within 10-15 minutes and most likely would be out in a day or two for an inspection and he assured me they would work to get me scheduled in a timely manner. If I was basing my review on that part, I could give more stars.
Unfortunately the person who called me after told me because of the Tornadoes our job was too small for them and they wouldn’t take on our need. When you’re busy with good money jobs, the little stuff just gums up the works. But just remember it’s the people with the SMALL jobs that got you started. Not impressed at all.

The best part is these gentlemen working clean up their messes. Our home had alot of damages and it's so stressful. They had to cut all the walls up 4ft through the entire home but they cleaned up the mess. They are doing a great job. The gentlemen are very polite and professional. Hope to never have to do business like this again but if we do we will call rytech back...

They never completed the First project, after 10 months, and when they arrived to do the second project and I had asked to please finish the first project before the second for tens of thousands of dollars, they weren’t interested. The second project they had said was necessary, upon Multiple other Professional evaluations and testing, was not even Necessary!! This is Aside from damaging ( unintentional, but still not remedied or acknowledged , some expensive items that one of their employees had broken). I strongly recommend based upon extensive experience, to Use Serv Pro
