James Morgan was the perfect guy to send out. Super polite, very knowledgeable, fast worker, and a great attitude. He made the whole demo process just a little bit easier. Way better than his manager who brought out broken equipment and it leaked all over the floor.

My parents had a minor water leak in the laundry room. Rytech Corporation of Tallahassee was dispatched to resolve the issue. James came out to start the mitigation process along with the evaluation. James was very professional, answered all questions, and addressed any concerns. The transparency between Rytech, Insurance Adjuster, and Flooring contractor in scheduling were all handled in very timely manner. Demo team was dispatched later and were professional, respectful, and did a great job removing the damage floor. Highly recommend Rytech Corporation of Tallahassee for any restoration issue to be resolved.
