We called them yesterday about a leak under the kitchen sink. They called me this morning about 8:30 to let me know they were on the way. A few minutes later Travis showed up, found the problem, shut off the water, replaced a part, and was gone by 9:05. He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business.
I can personally say that they are some of the most hard-working people I’ve ever seen in my life, but after working there for six months last year, I can say that definitely not a place for a woman and I’m the least sexiest person on the planet. it’s just facts. It’s a male dominating job and one of the people that worked there that’s probably gonna work there forever is not the most friendliest person or the easiest person to work with and I think that ultimately is why I really never wanted to come in, but other than that, the owners are amazing people and the servicemen are outstanding and so kind and the construction guys and the supervisor Dean just amazing....read full review
