I had wonderful experience with them. I bought a used phone from them, it worked perfectly, never had any problem with it. Secondly I got my iPhone screen fixed by them, their prices were at least $30 to $40 cheaper and they had warranty with it and fixed one of the screen for free. They are best in Tallahassee ( I had tried many others shop too)

Went on a cruise this weekend and my phone got water damaged. Thought my phone was a goner and that I’d have to pay hundreds for a new phone. Went to Phone Hero, told him the issue, he told me he’d check it out and to come back in an hr. Came back and my phone was revived! I’d definitely come back if I have any other issues with my phone and I would recommend him to others. ?

This place is AMAZING! I cracked my phone to where the phone would only be on but the screen was black and before that it did the “ ghost “ touch where it moves on its own. This company fixed it today within 45 minutes! High quality service and kind employees. This will now be my go to repair place!
