This was my 8th implant and the first one that needed a sinus tap as it was located in the upper back of my mouth, the sinus tap I did not know about until the full mouth scan was done by Peridontics & Implant Dentistry.
After extensive cost comparisons and only because P & I Dentistry offered a totally free consult which included ex-rays, full mouth and individual teeth, and a consult with the specialist. All of whom had excellent credentials to do implants which I researched, I chose them.
The other dental clinics asked for a payment up front, this payment was substantial and I didnt want to pay before I had even talked to anyone and without not knowing what was going to be needed. In my case as it worked out after my free consult I was given 2 options. The worst case, was going to cost thousands more if they couldn't do a sinus tap and then place the implant.
I had surgery today and I would recommend Dr. D, My specialist to anyone. All the staff are very friendly and professional and really make you feel comfortable, they tell you exactly what is needed and what problems could arise and show all this on your x-rays
I am very satisfied that I did the leg work and took a chance with the free consult. It was exactly as explained and I knew how much, when thousands are involved to tge penny.

I had a dental emergency, one of my teeth cracked while eating. This office was able to see me the day after the crack happened. They had a superb ability to listen and explain. I’ve avoided dental care as a result of anxiety and claustrophobia and they were the most understanding people. If you’ve been avoiding dental care, and now feel worried you will get shamed and talked down to about it: go here, they were kind and didn’t make me bad for having avoided dental care.
