The office manager must be excellent as the office is always clean, the parking lot is nice, every employee that I have met is friendly and professional. The restrooms are well stocked and clean. All the equipment seems to work well. The front best ladies are very nice and efficient. Dr. Brantley's assistant Karen seems to know what the Dr needs before he can tell her. Called around Monday to 10 different offices, most couldn’t get me for a month or more. Called Goodsmiles and they got me in by Wed!Dr Pike is attempting to bond the broken tooth vs root canal and cap. He wants to try the least invasive method first vs. what would make the most money. I appreciate that very much.You have a new patient thanks to Dr Pike and the office staff!“

“First review for 2024 and this is about a dental visit I had late November 2023.Have to tell you I hate going to the dentist, and more so, if it's a new one for me because I never really know what to expect.This was a relatively smooth experience. They managed to get me in sooner than I had originally booked, and then after doing some paperwork, I saw the dental hygienist named Brianna (Bri for short) and she was personable and professional.The time flew by with Bri, and before I knew it, Dr. Jones came to see me. I got a clean bill of health for my teeth, and more so, I had the realization I've become my mother as I spent quite a pretty penny on a toothbrush and whitening strips, but hey, you only have one smile. No regrets. I'm already set up to return in a few months.“
