To all the staff at the Ox Bottom Animal Hospital, especially Katie and Dr. Rind, THANK YOU. The loss of a pet is never easy and loss due to a sudden trauma was one of the hardest things our family has had to cope with. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with you. Every individual we interacted with was professional, helpful and above all, KIND. From the moment your team answered the phone to the sweet condolence card just received, we are floored by your compassionate customer service. You have a new customer for life.
For anyone considering a new vet, I highly recommend the team at Ox Bottom. Their prices are consistent with other high quality veterinarian practices, but their customer service is what sets them apart.

Reviews
Ox Bottom has been an absolute godsend. I had to have my cat euthanized this week, and Dr Combs and her fantastic team were absolutely perfect. Patient, kind, empathetic, understanding, and truly going above and beyond the call of duty. I took another cat in today and they helped me more than they know with her. They gave me a nose print, paw prints, hair clippings and a heartfelt card for my cat that passed. I truly have never had a negative experience with these folks, and I cannot sing their praises enough. Absolutely STELLAR! ❤️🐾
Switching to Ox Bottom was the best decision. The front office staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The vet techs were so kind and patient, and really cared about the well-being of our babies. Dr. Combs was wonderful. She explained everything and gave us options for treatment.
