I've had three tattoos done at Monument by Richard. I appreciate his expertise and ability to take my basic ideas and turn it into the tattoos I wanted. He even did some freestyling to help blend together several tattoos I had on one arm. It really helped smooth the transition from one tattoo to the other. The shops cleanliness and his attention to detail put me at ease about the experience. Would definitely use them again.
