Im a contractor, and i prepare houses to be sold, and from my experience with maid services. I would recommend not dealing with this company. I paid for a deep clean. Got charged $200 for 2 hours and I honestly could have done a better job myself. They sent one girl to clean 1500sq and she barely wanted to do the little bit that she did. It appears that she mopped 2 rooms and didnt sweep anything before she mopped. For 2 hours of work I would expect a clean floor. This company is a scam, these so called maids want to get paid for doing the bare minimum or less.

December did a great job cleaning my townhouse! Everything has been dusted, wiped down and cleaned baseboards. I highly recommend her and Molly Maid!!

I requested a quote on a move out cleaning for an apartment I am moving out of. When filling out the quote, the online form only gave me the option of morning times on the specific date I needed. When the service called me, they informed me they were not available that morning. Upon telling the scheduling agent that I needed that specific date and time she replied with “good luck with that” and hung up on me. I’m glad she saved me from having that nasty attitude in my home. I manage a large scale business and scheduling conflicts happen. They handled that extremely unprofessionally.
