I own a property management company in town and have now used McNeill plumbing several times. Each time I have used them their techs have been very professional and courteous. They clean up after themselves and they actually know what they are doing unlike some other companies we have tried. I highly recommend them.
It's not often that you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Cody Horne did exactly that.
From the moment he arrived, Cody was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our plumbing, walked us through several repair options, and even discussed extended care solutions to help prevent future issues. Joss and Moses arrived promptly and ahead of time. Extremely professional. They respected the property. Problem was identified very quickly and repair to the main waterline to the house was fixed in no time. The rate that was charged with the spare parts was extremely reasonable and well worth it. Would highly recommend Keith McNeil plumbing for any plumbing needs
