Jim Bennett's Plumbing Inc. is an amazing company. A technician was very polite and got the job done in a whole thunderstorm. Another customer had an incredible experience after a big leak under a kitchen sink. A staff member was very friendly and helpful, and a technician showed up with a smile, was courteous, professional, and very personable. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, did a fantastic job, cleaned up, and took the trash out. These guys are awesome, and customers recommend them heavily for their professionalism and kindness.
I want to say this is one amazing company Mr Jon was our technician and he was very polite and did his job this man worked in a whole thunderstorm, lightning and thundering and got my job done. I am so proud of this company thank you guys so much. I will definitely be calling you again for all my plumbing problems.
I had an incredible experience with this company and wanted to share my feedback. I woke up on Friday morning to a big leak under my kitchen sink and of course was not happy. I called based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Linda was very friendly and helpful and told me should would be able to have someone at my house on Monday morning first thing. Linda called Monday morning to let me know Brandon was on his way and would be at my house within 30-minutes. Brandon showed up with a smile on his face and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. When it comes to electricity and water, I'll hand it off to the professionals, and these guys were great. Our water heater went down on Saturday, by Tuesday we were up and running again! They gave us great advice to help save time and money and called multiple times to make sure we were in the loop of what to expect and when it might take place. Just based on their quick response and customer service I give them a full rating, the quality of installation was great as well.
