This review is in regards to Alvin and Fluffy of Brown Plumbing. I truly appreciate the work ethic and professionalism both of them demonstrated. Mr. Alvin's personality and positive attitude throughout the entire process certainly complements Brown's Plumbing. I know where to look for future issues in plumbing should the need arise. Brown’s Plumbing was highly recommended to contact for a re-occurring plumbing problem. Since I had a plumber coming, I decided to include other issues, which ‘I’ perceived as major plumbing problems. I was prepared to receive a high estimate. My issues were: 1) Kitchen sink not draining. In fact, the first company I had on site dug up the grass in my yard and installed new pipes and told me to keep adding Dawn dish detergent, which was a temporary solution and (2) the other issue was no water coming out of one faucet upstairs in the bathroom.I had spent so much time reading reviews for a company, I was glad to have a recommendation. Today was the second time Brown Plumbing came out to deal with a plumbing issue at my home. Eiler was polite, professional, and fixed the issue quickly. If I have another plumbing issue, I'll call Brown again, because their pricing is reasonable and their service is quality.Update: Adel came out today to fix a leak at the city water connection box. He was efficient and walked me through all of the work he performed. The price was far lower than I expected. I appreciate the professionalism of Brown Plumbing and am happy to recommend them to anyone in the area.Services: Water heater installation
