Rob did my original inspection on my first time home over 10 years ago. Last year due to a change of insurance I called him to do a 4-point. Even though he wasn't the inspector for the buyer of our current home once we received the copy of the inspection, I called Rob who assisted me in the proper codes to replace our water heater so we could save time and money to pass the final inspection. Rob was amazing - guided me on what actually inspections I needed on a new build (though another company was happy to book additional inspections), was thorough and his report detailed, and then happy to answer my follow-up questions. I'd definitely hire him again.

I couldn't be more please with the services that were provided to me. Rob is VERY knowledgeable and has his clients best interest at heart. The inspection was very detailed and through. All my questions/ concerns were answered without hesitation. Just a great company !! I will return with future investments.
