Our daughter attends college far from home and ran into a mold issue in her apartment recently. Not having any of idea of what steps to take to remediate the issue, my wife and I prayed for guidance. We received John's number from an old friend and reached out. He was a literal answer to our prayers. John walked us patiently through the process to give us confidence that our daughter would be living in a safe environment after he was done with the testing and inspection of the mold remediation services that were provided by the management company. John Hassler was amazing to work with. I had an issue with sump pump and other water ingress problems. My initial quote from other companies were incredibly expensive and they were trying to upsell me on everything.
