I will never go to another spa after visiting Shay, not only is she super attentive to detail, she is so warm and welcoming! She explained everything she did as she went, and gave me amazing pointers for the upkeep of my skin. I was blown away by Shay’s ability to be professional, while also being friendly. (PS she’s the only person I’ve had that payed special attention to the lips and hands during a facial! amazing)(PPS, she is super sanitary!) #girlboss

This is a wonderful spa experience. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when I'm at Heirloom Beauty. The services are always personalized, relaxing and never rushed. I LOVED my eye lash tinting and facial, and I've now gone back for waxing services and relaxation hand massages. I highly recommend!

I wish I could give Shay 6 stars! I am in love with the studio as well as Shay's professionalism & radiant energy. Everything from the room to Shay's attention to detail, is absolutely perfect. You can tell she loves her job, and loves making people feel good! My skin has never felt better, and I'm so excited to book again! Thank you again Shay!!!!
