Erin is AMAZING! I mean, really freaking amazing. She's a natural teacher and is passionate about hair. I would say MAJORITY of cosmetologists that I've been to are amazing, but they haven't taught me about my hair. Why is it doing this? Why is this better than that? Oh, the shampoo I'm using isn't hydrating, thank you for letting me know. My hair in the last decade has gone from board straight to wavy. Most people either blow it straight, one said it would be really difficult to make my hair have curls and left me with no hope. Erin, taught me what to do to get at least one day of nice waves. Ivy.... I have known this woman since elementary school. I have never had my hair done by her, until today! What a cute salon. Rose, the receptionist is so helpful and sweet. You want wine? You got it. Water? No problem. Your wish is their command! I have curly hair....y'all curly hair girls know. :) Ivy not only cut and styled my hair, she gave me an education. She told me things my stylists back in California never did. She showed me how to get pretty curls, relax them and style my new coif. She took time with me and not just because we wanted to reminisce a little. She cared. She delivered EXCELLENT customer service. I left a very happy camper. Studio 5 is a wonderfully welcoming, professionally talented, extremely friendly place!!! So much so that my family gets their hair cut, dyed, styled, etc. there too! My stylist I go to, Tina C., is amazing & the perfect for me! She always helps treat my medical condition I have on my scalp, psoriasis, by using specialty products. Not to mention, she takes time to deep massage & makes sure nothing is left on my scalp! And then washes every stand of hair from the roots down. Making it look and feel like my hair's been renewed!
