I’ve been working out here with Sherman and Jervan for a year and their personalized training has turned my life around. When I started, I was too weak and in pain to work out at a regular gym. Now I feel 10 years younger and it has been the best gift I’ve ever given myself. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging, including the other clients. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable and the workouts are actually really fun. They have 1000 ways to strengthen your core and balance while building muscle and flexibility. I was referred to Sherman by my physician and it was best decision I’ve made in a long time. Wasn’t always easy but working with Sherman at Fit & Functional gave me my quality of life back. I was in constant pain, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t exercise and could barely stand in the kitchen long enough to microwave a meal.I now have minimal pain, have gotten back into my walking program and continue to increase my speed and reduce time/mile. I’m able to enjoy my grandkids on a new level and enjoying having my life back. So much thanks and appreciation to Sherman for getting me through some tough physical issues!
I’ve been a part of this fitness family since spring of 2019. It is super convenient , very flexible scheduling , knowledgeable staff and actually fun!It was something I did for myself and I’m still glad I did. Hope to be functional AND fit for a very long time.
