I had my first visit with Christy Burtoft and was amazed! Not only is she a wonderful person, she also has an intense passion for helping people. I felt she was completely in tune with my body and knew exactly what she needed to accomplish. While the deep tissue massage and trigger spot treatment was intense, I left feeling aligned and more open. She also helped me with exercises I can do at home. I will definitely be visiting her again in the near future!
