Horrible communication. I literally called this business for 3 days. When I finally was able to contact someone they said they were going to stop by and give me an estimate, they never did and they would never answer the phone to follow up. If you have a small job they will string you along and make it very aggravating for you with lack of communication. Instead of just being upfront and saying they are booked. Not very good business etiquette. If your not willing to talk to a potential client on the phone( knowing you see their missed calls) then they are probably not worth doing business with.... Just my experience, find someone else.

This review is based only on communication and follow through because I never had the opportunity to review the work. I was recommended to Ellsworth from a good friend of mine as they had did some work for him (which we was satisfied with). We needed some paint work done at our home in Crawfordville. I called on 7/8/19@ around 10am and didn't get an answer so I left a message. I tried calling again 7/11/19 around 12pm and still no answer. Finally received a call back from a guy named Trent and he said that he had got my vm and had planed to call me back this day. I expressed what we needed for our home and he said he would be happy to give us a quote; conveniently he was going to be in shell point doing a job the next day and stated he could swing by our property after that around 12pm. The next day (7/12), I called at 10 am to confirm, no answerI called back that evening, no answer. 7/15 i called again and apparently the owner was speaking, I asked him about our quote and he was familiar with the order Trent was suppose to handle. He stated that Trent was out of the office but would be in Wednesday to complete our quote. I explained my frustrations and tried to have him empathize with our situation (trying to put our house on the market for sale). He guaranteed that we have the quote by Wednesday. I told him because of time constraints we would have to move forward if we heard nothing by then......and have yet to hear from them since.I believe in being fair and honest, and I have heard good things about this company from my friend, also the reviews speak highly of the company. It seems as though they do good work and others have been pleased, however my experience was not as pleasing. I wish the company well and hope others who decide to do business with them have a better experience.

I learned of Ellsworth Painting from the retired regional manager that worked for a MAJOR paint manufacturer. Based upon the paint job that these guys just finished on my beach house down at the coast, I am, without hesitation, recommending Ellsworth Painting Company to anyone that wants a top quality, timely paint job done at very competitive rates. Richard Ellsworth is just a good guy, and that is a rare find in today's business world. I will definitely be using them again!

I learned of Ellsworth Painting from the retired regional manager that worked for a MAJOR paint manufacturer. Based upon the paint job that these guys just finished on my beach house down at the coast, I am, without hesitation, recommending Ellsworth Painting Company to anyone that wants a top quality, timely paint job done at very competitive rates. Richard Ellsworth is just a good guy, and that is a rare find in today's business world. I will definitely be using them again!

I highly recommend Ellsworth Painting for any and all my painting needs! I hired them to paint the exterior of my home and the ending results looked amazing. Very knowledgeable with different options to chose from, polite and friendly staff and left the job site in excellent condition.
