Well - I know that when I accidentally sent a Christmas package meant for my cousin (his tenant) of a very expensive print. It was never forwarded. It takes a special kind of petty and lack of character and honor to basically steal. If this is how he conducts his personal life, I certainly wouldn't want to do business with him.
