“My elderly mother recently had James Shealey Flooring install vinyl flooring in half her house and new baseboards throughout her entire house. Mr. Shealey provided excellent customer service. He brought several samples for her to choose from, based on the description she gave him over the phone of what she wanted. Once she made her choice, he brought her a few vinyl planks, along with sending her some pictures of the same flooring he was installing in other homes. Within a week of making her choice, the installation of her new flooring and baseboards began. She is incredibly pleased with the end result, along with the professional, friendly, timely service she received. Thank you!!!!!”

“After discovering a water leak from our living room bar sink, Luke’s team came in and agreed to work with us as we wanted to and planned to salvage our beautiful floor rather than remove it all and start completely over. Consulting with Luke and following his advice, we proceeded, which to some was a dang near impossible plan, and from start to finish took four months. “Went there today and purchased some electrical supplies. Being from Vermont I wasn't sure of some of the codes. I ask if someone in the department knew. There was a gentleman with a cane who helped me. I did not get his name but he worked the department and said he was a Navy Seabee. He was very helpful getting me everything I needed. The department was setup nice and clean. Not like the other Home Depot on Capital Circle. I will go out of my way to go here. It seems this place is setup so you can find things and the staff is very helpful.”
