“I want to share my appreciation for the exceptional work First Onsite and it's team has consistently delivered on three separate occasions at the apartment community I manage, all in response to hurricane damage.

Our first restoration project involved 37 units impacted by Hurricane Idalia. Daniel Rohe served as the project manager, and his professionalism and efficiency made the entire process incredibly smooth.

The second restoration was for four units damaged by a fallen tree during Hurricane Debby. Judson Day led this smaller project.

Our third and most extensive project involved 144 units with severe storm damage from Hurricane Helene. Due to the extensive damage, a new team was assigned to us, including Rich Veldman, Michael Mowrer, Matthew Hansen, and Julien De Luca, who served as our contacts and project managers.
