Mixed review. When I dropped off my suit for the first time the older lady was rude. She didn't acknowledge me when I came in, had me move my suit from one hanger to the other for no apparent reason, got annoyed at me (a first time customer) for not having my shirt pre-unbuttoned on the hanger, and was short with me the entire time. I would also just like to say that I will never come with my shirt pre-unbuttoned as it would not stay on the hanger, im literally paying you money to clean my shirt and all that entails, and frankly that's the most ridiculous think I've ever heard. Joanne is the best, always a kind word and a warm smile. Efficient, cheerful. She could give lessons in customer service. By the way, I also am happy with the way my clothes are treated. Good company, excellent staff!Service: Organic dry cleaning
