Have been driving by this gym for about a year. Decided to give it a shot. Coach was very welcoming yesterday when I stopped by to get some information. I signed up and had my first workout this morning. Loved it!

Wonderful Drop-in experience! Warm welcome , walked in middle of MURPH was able to join right in. Biggest thanks- supportive family feel and MOTIVATION. Clean kept ,well maintained and EQUIPPED facility. KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly coaches. Happy Memorial Day!

I drop into this gym about 4x a year when I travel to Tallahassee. Chris is a great coach and runs a great morning class. Always makes me feel welcome and pushes me when I’m doggin. Highly recommend this gym.
