It was a pleasure to work with Mariela Bartens to virtually purchase a home in Tallahassee all the way from San Diego. Listen! I am VERY PICKY. Mariela listened carefully to my specific needs for a home in a safe neighborhood and great school district with a fenced backyard (for my then pup). She responded promptly to my many requests and questions about the neighborhood and area and worked hard to negotiate a good price and timing to close which worked best for our cross country move.
