The hygienist, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth I like how she took her time to clean my teeth properly. I enjoyed work so much and mouth feels so good.
She made feel comfortable.

Not sure how they even had 4 stars. The staff were fairly nice. But the facility was not well maintained and the whole thing felt like a sales pitch. They force you to make three different appointments for xray, exam and cleaning. I was also told I must do a $1200 bacterial cleaning system before I could get a cleaning. I only briefly talked to the doctor via TELEVISIT who contributed nothing to the visit. I will happily pay out of pocket to go to an alternative legitimate facility.
Where do we start here. Just a sad and depressing experience with Coast Dental. First sign of trouble is how scheduling is all corporate and centralized and it's near impossible to get a hold of the actual office, so if you have anything more than basic scheduling needs, the person wherever on the other end may not have an answer. (You can also see this in the replies to the comments, the "Patient Quality Assurance" number given is a toll free number, not an 850 number). Looking at other reviews, it seems like them rescheduling you out of the blue is not uncommon, and sure enough that happened to me a few days before my appointment.
