Was able to schedule a same day appointment for my daughter due to a last minute cancellation at another salon. Her stylist was Tonya and she was awesome…kind, professional and friendly. My daughter stated everyone she came into contact with at the salon was very welcoming. She doesn’t want to go anywhere else from here on out.

I went in with a quick hairdo idea, but came out with a healthy style by Ms. T. Definitely recommend this salon if your trying to have healthy hair

Unorganized and chaos. Find another salon.Recently back into the area from Miami and this experience was by far very unprofessional and country. Yes, country.The website allows you to request to book, but does not confirm the appt.I called twice to confirm, the day prior to my apt and was told I would get a return call when the stylist came.The day of my apt. still no confirmation so I call again and the stylist tells the receptionist she is unsure of what I want, I explain olaplex treatment and a trim. She tells the receptionist first $150 then $250 and that I need to come at 11am Vs the 1230 apt request. I live an hour away and they returned my call at 10am after I explained that I would be driving on my first call.I ask for the breakdown of the charges and the difference from the app as it states $150.The receptionist states she is unsure and is simply passing the message.Find a place that has a working app and is CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED!

I went for what was supposed to be a consultation. The lady sat me in the chair and asked me what I wanted done. I explained to her what I want but at no time did she even touch my hair to help me decide what was best for me. After all I thought that is what a consultation is for. She and her coworker started telling me to call other places. I told them I wasn’t from here and I didn’t know where they were. They told me to just Google it. They yelled out a couple of places but didn’t offer to write them down or anything. Once I was done they lady didn’t say anything she just walked away. This consultation stuff was such a waste of my time. The staff is not friendly at all. I will not be using them for anything nor would I recommend them.

Tonya is an excellent hair stylist. She cares about her clients more than professionally. Since the pandemic, she comes to my house to do my special needs daughter hair. She is professional, personal and on top of her game. I recommend her to all who want the best in Tallahassee!!

I was charged over $600 for a basic 14inch sew in. Ronice provided me with an initial quote of $300 but my hair was done by another stylist by the name of Trenice, who was also made aware of this arrangement. But once my hair was done everything changed. When I called the stylist Ronice, to discuss my dissatisfaction her response was extremely belittling and rude! I will NEVER patron this place again because of their severe lack of consideration of me as a client and my college student budget. I felt like I was taken advantage of despite Ronice’s reassurance to me that “I am not like other stylist who will just take your money”. But that’s exactly what she did!Overall this hair style is NOT worth over $600. PERIOD
