The Governor's Square Health Center is a place where physicians’ offices and specialty services are available exclusively to CHP members. The wait was very reasonable even as a walk‑in. The phlebotomist was wonderful, quick, and let me lay back until felt steady again. The nurse who performed the mammogram was amazing, warm and bubbly, and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The worker here are nice, but the waiting room for the lab should be slammed with patients and only one person every ten minutes getting back. The order was exact, very organized and busy, and the nurse was pleasant. People have been getting higher quality glasses for years and the glasses lasted years.

The wait was very reasonable even as a walk-in which is rare these days in town. I also pass out from blood draws so it is often an ordeal. I had Bianca for my phlebotomist and she was wonderful. She was so quick, I literally didn’t feel anything, and she let me lay back until I felt steady again. Best experience in a very long time!
Today, I had my first mammogram, and I must say that the experience was truly positive, thanks to the wonderful customer service at the desk. The nurse who performed the mammogram was amazing—her warm and bubbly personality immediately put me at ease. I didn’t catch her name, but she made me feel so comfortable during the procedure. I genuinely appreciate her kindness; it's people like her who make all the difference. Thank you for making my first experience worry-free and even enjoyable.- MB
