Diagnosed the problem almost immediately and confirmed it in less than 10 more minutes.And recommended getting the replacement part from off the web.I can't imagine better service.

I took my Hoover WindTunnel vacuum to be repaired because a sock got trapped inside and caused it to start overheating. My vacuum is back running like new, and he replaced my switch which was stuck on “On.” I was in and out in 15 minutes and the customer service was great. He was kind, helpful, and honest. ??

This is my second time using Capital City vacuums. Eddy is the Wizard of Oz for vacuum repairs. His repair service was faster than an oil change. He immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it within minutes. Thank you Eddy for providing service above expectation even if I'm an Eagles fan!
