Dana at CCSS had been sending crews to pump out my septic tank for several years . She always managed to get a crew out here on the day I called . The crews were always professional and helpful, even at the end of a hot summer day. Finally it was time for a new drain field. The crews, headed up by Ricky Brooks, arrived on time, worked all day and policed the area when they were finished 4 days later . Ricky kept me informed about what they were doing. It wasn’t an easy job . But they got it done . They even scattered grass seed over the part of my lawn that got plowed under. They did what they said they would. They were helpful and professional. I wouldn’t think of using any other company .
I called Capital City Septic to inquire about a residential septic pump out for two tanks and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day at a very reasonable price (compared to some of the other big vendors in town). Their tech that called me on service day was very nice and made the experience very pleasant, they were even able to get to me earlier in the day.
