Dana at CCSS had been sending crews to pump out my septic tank for several years . She always managed to get a crew out here on the day I called . The crews were always professional and helpful, even at the end of a hot summer day. Finally it was time for a new drain field. The crews, headed up by Ricky Brooks, arrived on time, worked all day and policed the area when they were finished 4 days later . Ricky kept me informed about what they were doing. It wasn’t an easy job . But they got it done . They even scattered grass seed over the part of my lawn that got plowed under. They did what they said they would. They were helpful and professional. I wouldn’t think of using any other company .
