I've had a troublesome older Mercedez for a about six years. When a catastrophic belt failure occurred, I couldn't find anyone willing to work on it, until another trusted mechanic (who does not work on this type of car) sent me to Ivan. Honest, efficient, no-nonsense. Got my car up and running in less than 24 hours, and informed me of what really went wrong and why, what else needed attention, and EXACTLY what he did and did not do, plus things to look out for and possible solutions. Competent, honest, fair. Can't really ask for more than that.

I am pleased to have worked with this group. We had an engine replacement and refurbished computer installed on our 2011 BMW 528i. The cost was fair, craftsmanship A+. After dealing with several shops that are unprofessional, costly, bad work and excessive cost, we were blessed to have Ivan and his crew make us whole again. No other shop will be touching this car again but Capital Auto. Can't say enough!!! Thanks guys!!!

I've been using Capital Auto Center for over a year for my 2014 Cooper Mini and I could not be more pleased. They are efficient and thorough. No surprises when it comes to billing. They talk me through each step of the repair or maintenance process and I really feel like I understand what they're doing and why. They alert me to potential problems, which I appreciate. Their diagnostics are second to none. I cannot say enough nice things about Capital Auto Center. Other garages have not been able to work on my Mini. Capital Auto Center has embraced her!
