Wes Reed was absolutely awesome! He texted me the day before to confirm our appointment and followed up on the two issues I mentioned. When he arrived, he was fully prepared, professional, and remembered exactly what we had discussed. I showed him the problem areas, and he immediately spotted the hornet’s nest on the ground — he knew exactly what to do and handled it quickly and safely.

Capelouto has provided pest service for our family members for many years, at several homes and continues to do so. They are consistently easy and friendly to deal with and great at scheduling and accommodating what we want or need. Jim, Jason, and Mike have been excellent in providing pest control services at our family’s homes and in their communications with us! In addition, the folks who answer the phone and interact with us at the office are consistently wonderful. I would definitely recommend Capelouto to anyone!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Capelouto — at my home and office — for more than three decades. They have always provided outstanding, reliable and responsive service, both for routine maintenance and for special treatment when emergencies have occurred. I’m especially appreciative of our technician, Julio, who has been truly amazing and a joy to work with. Sadly, he has left the company and relocated. But, his successor, Eddie, paid us his first visit recently and I'm very pleased and impressed.
