Great experience with Blue Bear. My inspector, Chris, conducted a diligent inspection and found a few small items to be fixed on my new construction home. The report I received was phenomenal, included lots of photos with descriptions, and I have learnt additional information about the house. Cost was more than fair too. I’ll be hiring the same inspector again at 11-month before home warranty expires within the year.
