First off i would like to thank Bella faces team for servicing us on my big day i was super nervous because I’m not from Florida and had to put my trust in strangers .. I’m so glad i chose her my girls looked amazing and so did i!!! On 8/3, I made an appt for a natural glam for 9/19 at 3p. I made this appt 6 weeks in advance for my maternity photoshoot, making sure availability between Bella and the photographers matched. I received an email today, 9/17 (so 2 days before my event), my appt has been cancelled due to a wedding booking that day. Initially, that day showed several time slots. While I cannot confirm whether this was an oversight or an intentional boot of my appt b/c it was "just" a "basic" appointment, I feel I was booked over for a wedding event instead.
