Overall Barineau does a great job and they do respond. For this service call on 7/13/2026, they told my mother, a 89 year old ready to turn 90 next month that the beeping chirping sound she heard that caused her to shut off the unit had to do with her mishandling the remote control. I would have appreciated if the technician would have asked if she experienced any brownouts the night before, which she did, 3 of them, and then further explain that her particular unit chirps when the voltage drops to an unsafe voltage. Because she was not believed, she was almost in tears.
Barineau Heating and Air always provides prompt and professional service with experienced and personable technicians. Garrett Brown was no exception. He diagnosed and resolved my HVAC issue quickly and was very friendly. Highly recommend this great company.
The technician was early, professional, and very knowledgeable. What I truly like about this company is that everyone that I have encountered or talked to on the phone has been very nice and kind. I enjoy this services and respect from the employees so much that I am going to up my services from once a year to twice a year.
