I called Barineau yesterday and they gave me the option of last night or this morning. I chose next day (Saturday) because I would be home all day. Matthew came and was very professional. Calling ahead and letting me know his ETA. Then coming in immediately assessed the unit and came and gave me the result of his diagnostic with pricing. We agreed to repair and when he let me know our unit was back working, he also gave other suggestive maintenance, etc. I will always choose Barineau every time!

This is the third time we have used Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., and once again they exceeded our expectations!
We are currently dealing with a water damage and mold remediation project that required a large portion of our home to be sealed off. Unfortunately, our thermostat was located inside the contained area, causing our AC system to run constantly for an extended period. Yesterday, the AC stopped cooling altogether.
I called Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. first thing in the morning, and as soon as the mold clearance was completed and we were able to access the unit, they had a technician out that afternoon. Our technician, Mike, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained that the system had become overworked and the coil had frozen, and had us back up and running in no time.
Mike was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer our questions. Thanks to his quick response and expertise, we’re once again enjoying cool air in the middle of a very stressful home repair situation.
We highly recommend Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. and will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs. Thank you, Mike, for the outstanding service!
