Recently Connor completed my regular monthly lawn treatment that keeps my lawn looking great. He also noticed that my backflow was dripping and spitting mist. He knew that wasn't normal and he let me know what was happening. I was able to call a plumber that day and get the backflow fixed. I probably wouldn't have noticed the water problem for hours, maybe days. I am SO grateful that Connor saw the leak and conscientiously told me. Otherwise I would have had a huge water bill and likely been without water overnight. I recently had a WDO inspection done by Todd Barber with Barber’s Best Termite & Pest, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Todd was prompt, professional, and incredibly personable from start to finish. He worked efficiently without cutting corners, and his thorough approach gave me real confidence in the inspection.
What stood out most was how willing he was to answer all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the findings and next steps. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines expertise with great customer service, but Todd absolutely delivers.
While without a pest control contract, my yard became infested with yellow jackets. After multiple calls to other pest control companies that required a yearly contract agreement, and an exorbitant amount to treat, I found Barber’s Best Pest Control company at a fraction of the cost. They came out the very next day, walked my entire property to find the nest, treated, and came out two days later to bury the hole and follow up. Both the office and the tech were exceptionally kind and professional, and I can honestly say Barber’s Best is the BEST pest control company in town. Highly recommend *****
