I was referred to Mike @ Audio Addictions regarding my pre-existing auto start, specifically with it all of a sudden setting my alarm off after my vehicle started. Mike was able to diagnose the issue without having to purchase a new unit. Awesome customer service from start to finish! Brittany & Jason are fantastic. From the initial referral over to them to the final finished product was hands down the easiest transaction & best service I have received.Brittany reached out the same day that they were referred to me, informed me of the information that they were provided (showed they listen attentively), and left me a very polite & professional voicemail. I can not say enough good things about the team there. They took the time to show me different options available for my bronco, and did top tier work and finished ON TIME. You don’t get that at a lot of car audio places these days. True professionals in their field, and available after the sale to help with any questions that may arise. This is what it should look like, I can’t ask for anything more
