I’ve had the opportunity to work with America’s Home Place in Tallahassee and have been impressed with their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Their team is organized, easy to work with, and clearly focused on making the building process run smoothly for their customers and trade partners. We’ve done a lot of business with America’s Home Place in Tallahassee over the years, and they’ve always been great to work with. Their team is professional, organized, and genuinely cares about the quality of the homes they build. Communication is always smooth, projects stay moving, and they treat their subcontractors with respect. It’s hard to find builders that consistently operate the right way, but these guys do. America's Home Place just completed a new home for me, and it was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. The project management provided during the building process was excellent. My career prior to retiring was in project management so my expectations were high. AHP exceeded my expectations. They took care of everything with meticulous attention to detail, updated me weekly, and responded to any questions and issues on a near immediate basis. The AHP team is superb, outstanding at what they do from sales to completion, and delivered a fantastic customer experience. I highly recommend AHP.
