I am a NYS resident who took the insurance & point reduction course online on 2/4/2026, and I still don’t have my certificate to provide to my insurance company. I’ve called this company multiple times, was only able to talk to a live person the 1st two times. The last two times I’ve called I’ve had to leave a message requesting a call back, the first time I did that was a week ago today. I also emailed that day as well and have received no communication back. This is extremely poor customer service. A warning to anyone else considering this company for the insurance reduction course that I think they seem to be a scam. Very frustrating experience!!
