My hot water heater was not giving me hot water. I called my regular plumbing co., who were indifferent to my problem, and told me since it was not leaking to call an electrician. I did some research and decided to call Better Call Steve the Plumber. I was very glad that I did, George came out at the time sceduled and was very polite and professional. It turned out that I needed to replace my water heater and I decided to go with a tankless. George was very informative about my options and prices. The work was carried out swiftly and exactly to quote. I have found a new plumbing company!

One of my biggest issues with contractors and handyman is always their level of professionalism. Showing up on time, cleaning up after themselves, communicating properly.
So far I have not had these types of issues with this company. I also shout out to George who's been the one that's been helping me out with my plumbing repairs in my bathroom. He was very polite, respectful, explain things very clearly and openly. I would happily work with him again.
