“My family and I recently moved to Marion Ranch in Ocala Florida in June , we initially started pest control and prevention with a larger company but after a month I realized they were not for me as their response time was horrible and they cancelled appointments with automated messages.<br><br>I happened to be outside a few times and kept seeing a truck with a husband and wife on it , and it was called the Bug Doctor. I searched high and far on Google but was able to locate the Bug Doctor, I just had a feeling a small family owned company was just what I needed for my family.<br><br>I called and spoke to one of the owners Renee and she was very nice , she set an appointment up for me the following week , our technician was Mike and he was above and beyond excellent. Mike didn't just come and spray and hand a sheet of paper , he actually spent a good amount of time educating us , explaining things to us , especially because we moved from Massachusetts to Florida, these are different bugs down here lol. We have seen a great reduction in bugs and anything we find is just about dead. I have complete faith that the Bug Doctor will be there to answer our questions and hopefully we never need in between service calls but I know they will respond in a reasonable time frame.<br><br>I would recommend using them before you sign up with one of the large companies.<br><br>Bug Doctor keep up the great work and I hope to see Mike again for our technician, he is awesome.”

He gave helpful advice for my sprinkler heads and took note of the green grass immediately around the sprinkler head, but drying grass just beyond. He recommended the correct grass I should replace. “8-4-26 (UPDATE)<br>Devin Bevey, Truly Nolan Technician is OUTSTANDING. I had the appt for 1-3. I went across the street to my neighbors. I didn't see Devin come at 12:54. I came back home at 1:13pm and he had texted he had come and waited, but I didn't see the phone ( he also called) so I worked on my computer in the front bedroom so I could see when he pulled up. I got my phone and saw Devin had come already and called as well. I texted I was home. He came back and disposed of a bug filled trap. Put new bug traps down and then checked the rest of the house. Great attitude, extremely hard worker and a pleasure to be around. Now that is service, when the homeowner is at fault by being 13 minutes late and the Truly Nolan Technician comes back the same day. Great Company - sign up with them today you wont regret it.<br><br>June 2026<br>Devin my Truly Nolan Technician and he came and sprayed for big spiders & cockroaches in the house especially the garage and lanai. He was thorough and explained the type of bugs that fall weather attracts. He changed all the traps in the house and sprayed the outside of the house for the fall application. He diagnosed racoon poop on my cement porch in 2 places. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality when doing his job.
