Thomas, our pest control expert from Massey has always given us excellent service under normal circumstances, and on 7-17-26 Thomas was servicing our home when lightning struck a tree just a few feet from him and our house. He alerted my wife inside of a fire in the tree and helped fight the fire until the firefighters arrived. I was on an errand and my wife was alone in the house at the time. Thomas was calm and took immediate action to put out the fire. He kept at it until the firefighters showed up. We are very appreciative of Thomas’ actions and keeping my wife safe.
Jeff fixed the problem immediately and checked the other sprinklers. He arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently and skillfully. I will call Massey every time and ask for Jeff.
