Have had Bates for a few years with no previous problems. When I had a few bugs, I called for service. The receptionist couldn't have been nicer, promising a phone call from the tech. Three days, and 3 phone calls later, he finally called & came out. When he arrived, he treated my wife like she interrupted his day. He was in a big hurry to leave. Sorry to bother you, but I do pay for this service.

I can not recommend this company. They have come 4 times now and three of them I had to call in advance and request services I was supposed to be getting all along. Most recently I called and spoke to Ruth Ann and told her my front yard (new sod) was full of weeds. I've had the salesperson come out before to check on my yard. There is a portion of my yard that has never been done and this last time the sales person said I'll tell the tech to be sure and do it. I told Ruth Ann that my yard had never looked this bad and the tech needed to spray all over for weeds, not walk around and expect to spray each one individually. Thankful I chose to call Bates Exterminating. Very friendly and professional. Happy to help me with my pesky ants and gave me some ideas on how to eliminate future problems. Great people and great service! Will be using them!Service: Ant extermination
