“Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area was very clean. I took my friend who bringing her new kitten Mimi for her 1st checkup. She has been using the office for years and raves about them. Especially Jamie the groomer. My friend inadvertently wrote down the wrong date for the appt. The actual appt was supposed to be 8/27 we were there on 7/30 and they fit us in that day with very little wait which we both appreciated.”
“I had a wonderful experience at Silver Springs Shores Animal Hospital! Everyone was very polite, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions. They took the time to explain the medical terminology and what they were doing in a way that I could understand.
Most importantly, they were so loving, gentle, and kind with both of my dogs. My pets were genuinely cared for and treated with compassion.
I ended up needing a little more care than I originally expected, but they were honest and upfront about their pricing. They also price-matched where they could, which made a big difference. I felt good leaving with an affordable bill for not just one, but two dogs!
